The offer of products and services in the online shop, is aimed exclusively at a clientele with residence or company headquarters in Switzerland or Liechtenstein.

The offer is valid as long as the product can be found on the search engine in the online shop and / or supplies last.
Orders in quantities that are not customary in the household can be rejected without justification.
2 information
All sales prices published in the online shop represent prices that include all taxes (in particular VAT), any advanced recycling fees (vRG), costs for packaging / s for the promised delivery period and all other possible duties, fees or costs. Excluded are only delivery costs and a possible small quantity surcharge. In addition to the final price, a minimum quantity surcharge of up to CHF 9.00 may be charged if the sum of the shopping cart is less than CHF 29.00 for an order. Salesbroker reserves the right to change the prices of the products and services offered at any time. 3 contract conclusion
The products and prices in the online shop are considered as an offer. However, this offer is always subject to the condition of an inability to deliver or a faulty quotation which dissolves the contract.
The sales contract is for products or services of Salesbroker, as soon as the customers in the online shop, by phone or e-mail place their order (hereinafter referred to as "purchase agreement").
The arrival of an online order will be displayed to the customer by means of an automatically generated order confirmation from Salesbroker to the e-mail address provided by the customer. Receipt of the automatically generated order confirmation does not imply that the product can actually be delivered. It simply shows the client that the order has arrived at the online shop and thus the contract with Salesbroker under the condition of the possibility of delivery and the correct price quotation came about.
4 delivery
The delivery address of the clientele must be easily accessible in Switzerland or Liechtenstein and by truck. If this is not the case, the clientele bears the possible cost consequences.
If the client does not accept the ordered products on the agreed or indicated delivery date, Salesbroker can dissolve the contract (cancel) and charge the customer the resulting delivery costs and any loss of value.
5 inspection obligation
